MISTgroup Releases VTSS 2.0 - an enhanced version in response to the needs of the maritime community
ANNAPOLIS, MD - September 6, 2005 - MISTgroup, LLC announces the release of its second iteration of its flagship product, Vessel Terminal Synergy System (VTSS). With this release, MISTgroup responds to the growing customer demand for web-based applications to provide 7 X 24 access to vessel and terminal particulars.
VTSS's third year in production has grown to encompass over a thousand vessels and berth particulars. Increased functionality was incorporated into the application providing access to over 100 industry Vessel and terminal questionnaires.
The VTSS community of Ship Owners, Terminal Owners, Brokers, and Analysts have all embraced the application and contributed to its maturity.

- The Vessel / Berth Compare - Select a ship and a berth to compare and match particulars such as dimensions (LOA, Beam, etc.), cargo, and record results.
- Dynamic Vessel Search - Build dynamic queries by adding additional search criteria (fields) to your stored searches.
- Terminal / Berth Search - Search for a berth by particulars or by terminal or region.
- Historic Tracking Reporting - Utilize VTSS approval workflows and track and/or approve any changes to data. Run reports on a particular transaction, or a series of transactions and perform trend analysis.
- Virtual Database Fields - Need to add new fields to your questionnaires? Attributes can be directly added or changed using VTSS questionnaire workflows and immediately used.
- Custom Questionnaire Builder - Create, Copy, Change Questionnaires on-the-fly using the questionnaire workflow functionality. Add or Remove Fields, Labels, and Categories on any given custom questionnaire.
